Apple and Banana Smoothie Recipe
(serves 1)
Ingredients
1/2 cup pure orange juice
1 apple, peeled and chopped into 4 pieces
1 banana, chopped into 4 pieces
1/4 cup low fat milk
Method
This free smoothie recipe is very simple to make. Place the apple, banana, low fat milk and pure orange juice into your blender, then blend / mix on high power for approximately 25 seconds. Serve immediately in a glass and enjoy.
