
Banana & Strawberry Burst Smoothie Recipe
(serves 1)
Ingredients
1 large banana, chopped into 4 pieces
200 grams low fat yogurt
5 large strawberries, cut into halves
1 small cup of low fat milk
Ice (if desired)
Method
1. This free smoothie recipe tastes wonderful no matter what time of the day. Simple place the banana, strawberries, yogurt and milk into the blender (adding a couple of ice cubes if desired).
2. Blend for around 40 seconds, pour immediately and enjoy.
