
Banana Latte Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
2 medium sized bananas
1 cup of low fat milk
3/4 cup strong coffee
4 ice cubes
Method
1. To make this smoothie recipe simply place the bananas, milk, coffee and ice cubes in a blender and blend for between 40 – 60 seconds
