Basic Balsamic Dressing Recipe
(serves: 1 large salad)
Ingredients
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 freshly crushed clove of garlic
Method
1. Mix together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard and garlic.
2. Once mixed well, pour over your salad. Perfect for most salads.
