Crispy Bacon and Egg Muffins Recipe

Method
Grill the bacon both sides under the grill until nice and crisp. Heat some butter in a small frying pan and fry the eggs. Toast the muffins in a toaster and lightly butter each side, place 2 slices of crispy bacon and one fried egg on each muffin. Serve hot and enjoy.
