1 knob of butter or margerine

Simple Scrambled Eggs and Cheese Recipe
(serves 2)

Method
Crack the eggs first of all into a bowl, add the milk then mix with either a fork or whisk. Season with a little pinch of salt and pepper. Add the grated cheese. Put the knob of butter or margerine into a frying pan over a medium heat. Once butter has melted, pour the egg mixture in, stir constantly using either a wooden spoon or spatula until all the egg/cheese mix is cooked and lovely and fluffy. Nice served on hot butter toast.
