8oz fresh buffalo mozzarella (cut into small pieces)
12 oz small fresh cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 handful fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
5 tsp Dijon mustard

Mozzarella and Tomato Recipe

Method
To make the dressing first blend mustard, oil, vinegar and torn up basil together in a large bowl. Add mozzarella and tomatoes, mix very well until cheese and tomatoes coated with dressing. Serve as a starter or with crusty bread.
