3 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 bell pepper (cubed)
1 cucumber (peeled, seeded, thinly sliced)
3 oz's canned pineapple chunks
3 oz's sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp water

Method
To make this quick free recipe just heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over a medium to high heat, once oil is hot enough add the chicken wings and fry until they are golden and cooked, remove from the pan and place to one side. Remove all oil from the pan or wok except for approx 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the garlic for 10 seconds, stir in the bell pepper, cucumber, sweet chilli sauce, water and pineapple chunks. Bring to the boil then add the chicken wings back to the pan / wok. Cook again for approx 3-4 minutes until heated again. Serve at once. A tasty and perfect recipe.
