Coconut Treats Recipe
(make 18-20)
Ingredients
150g desiccated coconut
8oz icing sugar
1 egg white (large)
red food colouring
Method
1. In a medium sized bowl add the egg white and a few drops of the red food colouring and mix well with a wooden spoon.
2. Next add the icing sugar and coconut, again beat well until the mixture begins to stick together.
3. Finally place spoonfuls of the mixture onto greaseproof paper and leave to harden for an hour or so.
