150mls cream whipped (or dessert topping)

Tasty Chocolate Cream Recipe

Method
To make this tasty chocolate cream dessert just simply melt the chocolate with the coffee and add one teaspoonful of water in a bowl over a pan of boiling water, once melted then whip it into the custard in a larger bowl, fold in most of the cream or topping. Spoon the mixture into 4 glasses and pipe the rest of the cream on top. If you wish, decorate with glazed cherries.
