Goats Cheese on Toast Recipe
(serves 1)
Ingredients
1 slice of white / brown bread toasted
1/4 red onion (sliced finely)
1 large slice of fresh goats cheese
1 tbsp butter
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. In a small frying pan saute the red onion until it just starts to turn brown.
2. Place the onions on the slice of toast, crumble the goats cheese over the onions, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3. Place the toast under a preheated grill for approx 2-4 minutes or until the cheese melts. This recipe is great for any time of the day. Enjoy!
