Italian Pesto Dressing Recipe
(serves 6-8)
Ingredients
250ml extra virgin olive oil
120ml red wine vinegar
4 tsp pesto sauce
salt and pepper
Method
1. Mix olive, vinegar, pesto together, making sure well mixed.
2. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle over your salad.
