Italian Tomato Dressing Recipe
(serves: 1 large salad)
Ingredients
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
salt & pepper
Method
1. Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, tomato puree, salt and pepper together.
2. To finish off stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes then pour over your salad.
