Kids Celeriac Chips Recipe

(serves 2)
Ingredients

1 large celeriac
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 knob of butter
pinch of salt if required

Method

1. Kids will love these celeriac chips. To make this recipe firstly preheat oven to 200c / gas mark 6.

2. Cut the celeriac in half and peel off the outer skin. Cut the celeriac into chunky chip shapes.

3. In a bowl mix together the paprika, sea salt and olive oil then toss the chips into the mixture and coat well.

4. Place in a roasting tin with a knob of butter. Roast for around 30 mins or until golden brown. Serve at once and enjoy!
