400g minced lamb
2 tbsp olive oil
2 small onions (finely chopped)
6 drops of worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper

Lush Lamb Burger

Method
In a large bowl mix the onions, minced lamb and worcestershire sauce together. Divide into 4, then shape to create your burgers. Put olive oil in a medium sized frying pan, once hot enough, add the burgers and cook on each side for approx 7-10 mins or until juices run clear when pierced with a knife. Serve on barmcakes or soft baps if you fancy.
