Method
This quick free spicy lamb steak recipe can be enjoyed at anytime. In a bowl mix together the cumin seeds, paprika and salt and pepper and coat the steaks. Melt the butter with the oil and fry the steaks at a high temperature for 1 min each side then reduce the heat and fry for around 6-7 mins each side or more if you prefer it well cooked. Place steaks on a heated dish. Mix the yoghurt with the cornflour and stir into the frying pan, boil for 1 min and then pour it over the lamb steaks. Serve at once. Quick and simple yet very tasty
