Tempting Lamb Keema Curry
(serves 4)
Ingredients
Method
To make this tempting lamb keema curry recipe you must heat the sunflower oil in a large frying pan first, then add the chopped onion and cook until they are golden brown. Turn the heat up, add the lamb mince and cook for around 5 minutes until browned. Next add the curry paste, cumin seeds and cook for a few minutes. Gradually add the chicken stock and stir well, bringing to the boil. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes until most of the stock has been absorbed. Serve with long grain rice and a dash of coriander on top, with a naan bread on the side. Simple and quick.
