Lavish Minced Lamb Recipe
500g minced lamb
1 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp curry paste
200ml coconut milk
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1. In a large hot frying pan, add the mince, onion and garlic and fry for approx 4 minutes.
2. Put in the tomatoes, paste and coconut milk then simmer for around 35 mins.
3. Serve. This lamb recipe goes great with rice and vegetables.
