
Lavish Minced Lamb Recipe
(serves 4)
Ingredients
500g minced lamb
1 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp curry paste
200ml coconut milk
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Method
1. In a large hot frying pan / skillet, add the mince, onion and garlic and fry for approximately 4 minutes.
2. Put in the tomatoes, curry paste and coconut milk then simmer for around 35 minutes.
3. Serve once cooked. This lamb recipe is great served with rice and vegetables.
