Lush Lamb Burger Recipe
(serves 4)
Ingredients
400g minced lamb
2 tbsp olive oil
2 small onions (finely chopped)
6 drops of worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper

Method
1. In a large bowl mix together the onions, minced lamb and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Divide into whole mix into four equal portions and shape to create your burgers.
3. Heat the olive oil in a medium sized frying pan, once hot enough, add the burgers and cook on each side for approx 7-10 mins or until juices run clear when pierced with a knife.
4. Serve on barmcakes or soft baps with a healthy fresh salad if you fancy.
