500g minced lamb
1 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp curry paste
200ml coconut milk
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Method
In a large hot frying pan, add the mince, onion and garlic and fry for approx 4 minutes. Put in the tomatoes, paste and coconut milk then simmer for around 35 mins. Great with rice and vegetables.
