(make 10)
Ingredients

5 medium / firm ripe bananas
7 oz’s dark chocolate, chopped
4 tbsp crushed salted peanuts
5 wooden skewers

Method

To make this quick free nutty chocolate bananas recipe you must first peel and cut each banana in half, and then place a skewer into each half of the banana. Place all bananas with skewers on a small tray, cover with cling film and freeze for approx 2-3 hrs. Place the crushed salted peanuts on a side plate. Melt the chocolate, then pour in a tall glass. Dip each of the frozen bananas into the chocolate then roll it in the peanuts straight after, then place on baking paper to set. Repeat process until all bananas are coated in the chocolate and peanuts. You can either eat them straight away or refreeze. Kids and adults love them.
