
Parmesan Cheese with Walnuts and Pears Recipe
(serves 4)
Ingredients
200g Parmesan cheese
100g fresh walnuts, peeled
4 ripe williams pears
Method
1. To make this free recipe simply break the Parmesan cheese into ‘splinters’
2. Peel, core and slice the pears
3 Arrange the pears, cheese and walnuts on each plate and serve. Crusty bread is perfect with this recipe.
