14 small new potatoes
4oz (115gms) butter
salt and pepper
2 tbsp fresh finely chopped rosemary

Rosemary Buttered Potatoes
(serves 3-4)

Method
Boil the potatoes in slightly salted water until nearly cooked. Drain. Next melt the butter in large pan then add rosemary and potatoes to it, stirring well. Continue to stir potatoes occasionally for around 4mins or until they are coated in the rosemary butter and starting to go brown. Serve on a large plate and season with salt and pepper. Mouth watering!
