Tasty Potato Wedges
(serves 2-3)

Method
Preheat oven to 200c/Gas 6. Cut the potatoes into large wedges (do not peel) and place into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Place potatoes onto a baking tray and bake in the oven on the middle shelf until golden-brown and cooked (approx 45 minutes). Serve.
