
Pineapple and Banana Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas
4 tablespoons low fat natural yoghurt
250mls pineapple juice
Method
1. Cut the bananas into small pieces and place in the blender
2. Add the pineapple juice, then the low fat natural yoghurt
3. Blend for around 40 seconds or until smooth
