Pork, Ginger and Apple Stir Fry Recipe
300g pork fillet or loin steaks cut into thin strips
1 garlic clove crushed
5cm ginger, peeled and cut into fine strips
2 small apples, cored and chopped into wedges
1 green chilli, chopped finely
2 carrots, chopped into matchstick size
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1. This pork, ginger and apple stir fry recipe is very easy to make. Simply heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan, add the pork and cook on a high heat for around 6-8 mins.
2. Add the ginger, chilli, garlic, apple, carrot and broccoli to the pan and cook stirring constantly for 4-5 mins.
3. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions, drain and add to the pork mixture in the wok / pan. Mix thoroughly together and mix in the lime juice.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
