4 tbsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp dry mustard

Barbecue Style Pork Chops
(serves 8)

Method
Preheat oven to around 400F. Combine the chilli sauce, brown sugar and dry mustard in a small bowl. In a ovenproof glass baking dish, season the chops with salt and pepper then pour the combined ingredients over the chops ensure all are coated well. Cover and cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 1hr then uncover and cook for a further 20 minutes (or until the chops are cook thoroughly). Serve with freshly prepared vegetables of your choice. Easy.
