1 tsp paprika
2 red peppers (seeded, sliced)
200ml creme fraiche
50g butter
1 crushed garlic clove
300ml vegetable stock
150ml dry white wine

Paprika Pork with Red Peppers

Method
To make this easy paprika pork with red peppers recipe just melt the butter first in a large frying pan and fry the chops for 4 minutes each side until they are browned. Next add the stock, garlic, wine and paprika to the frying pan, cover the pan over and cook on a med heat for approx 20 minutes (turn the chops over after 10 minutes). Next add sliced peppers and stir in the creme fraiche to the pan and simmer for a further 10 minutes until the chops are cooked. Serve and enjoy your meal.
