Quick Raspberry Pavalovas Recipe
18 small meringues (cases)
300g frozen raspberries
1 1/4 cups cream
2 flaky chocolate bars (such as Flake, roughly broken)
1. Firstly thaw the raspberries as per instructions
2. Whip cream using either a blender / whisk until it forms soft peaks
3. Fold in the raspberries through the whipped cream until combined
4. Arrange the meringue cases on plates then spread the raspberry and cream mixture in and over each case
5. Sprinkle with the chocolate flakes
