Sweetcorn and ham salad cornets
(serves 2)
Ingredients
1 large tin of drained sweetcorn
4 slices of cooked ham
1 large hard boiled egg
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
3 desert spoons of low fat salad cream
Method
Firstly mix together in a bowl the sweetcorn, parsley and salad cream. Next form a ham slice into a cornet shape and then mix in the sweetcorn mixture, repeat with remaining slices of ham. Arrange on the place, or if desired, arrange on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes and spoon remaining mixture in the centre then arrange a slice of egg on top.
