Simple Chicken and Rosemary Recipe

(serves 3-4)
Ingredients

4 large fresh chicken portions
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp salt
lemon wedges (optional)

Method

1. This simple chicken and rosemary cooking recipe is very easy to make. Firstly preheat your oven to around 180C/350F/gas 4.

2. Sprinkle salt over all the chicken portions and rub in. Place chicken in a shallow ovenproof dish then brush with olive oil.

3. Sprinkle the dried rosemary and lemon rind over all the chicken portions.

4. Bake in the oven for around 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked and juices run clear.

5. Serve with lemon wedges should you require. Simple yet very tasty indeed.
