Sultana and Pear Baked Crumble Dessert Recipe

(serve 3-4)
Ingredients

2 tins pear halves (approx 800gms)
100g plain flour
50g sultanas
50g cold butter
50g caster sugar

Method

1. This free recipe is easy to make. Firstly preheat your oven to 190 / gas mark 5 / 375. Place the pears (drain them, and put 4 tbsp’s juice over them) in an ovenproof dish, then add the sultanas.

2. In a large bowl, chop the butter into small cubes and rub the plain flour with it until it forms breadcrumbs.

3. Mix in the caster sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the pears and sultanas and bake in the middle shelf of the oven for around 20-25 minutes until topping golden.

4. Serve either by itself of with vanilla ice cream or cream. Delicious.
