(serves: 1 large salad)
Ingredients
Juice of 2 fresh oranges
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp clear honey
2 tbsp cider vinegar
Method
To make this quick free tangy poppy seed dressing recipe simply add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk for approximately 1 minute. Once mixed well, pour over your salad. Perfect for most salads.

Ingredients
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
salt & pepper
Method
Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, tomato puree, salt and pepper together. To finish off stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes then pour over your salad.

Ingredients
250ml extra virgin olive oil
120ml red wine vinegar
4 tsp pesto sauce
salt & pepper
Method
Mix olive, vinegar, pesto together, making sure well mixed. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle over salad.

Ingredients
Juice of 1 lime
1 red chilli, finely chopped
5 tbsp olive oil
Method
This quick free chilli and lime dressing recipe is perfect to pour over freshly cooked tuna. To make dressing just whisk the lime juice, chilli and olive oil in a small bowl for approximately 1 minute. You can either warm the dressing slightly if using over fish or just drizzle over cold. The choice is yours.

1 freshly crushed clove of garlic

Mix together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard and garlic. Once mixed well, pour over your salad. Perfect for most salads.
