Spicy Salsa Nachos Recipe

(serves 3-4)
Ingredients

2 packets of nachos (or tortilla crisps)
4 oz Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp jalapeno peppers (chopped)
Serve with: tomato salsa, guacamole and
soured cream

Method

First put the nachos / tortilla crisps into a shallow ovenproof dish. Next sprinkle the peppers over them, then the cheese. Bake in the over for between 5-10 minutes so as to melt the cheese. Remove from oven, and serve on plates with salsa, guacamole and a small dish of soured cream. Enjoy!
