Tasty Chocolate Cream Dessert Recipe
(serves 4)
Ingredients
100gms / 4oz plain chocolate
1-2 tsp instant coffee powder
150mls cream whipped (or dessert topping)
450mls sweetened custard
Method
1. To make this tasty chocolate cream recipe simply melt the chocolate with the coffee and add one teaspoonful of water in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.
2. Once the chocolate is melted whip it into the custard in a larger bowl, fold in most of the cream or topping.
3. Spoon the mixture into 4 glasses and pipe the rest of the cream on top. If you wish, decorate with glazed cherries.
