Tasty Yorkshire Puddings Recipe

(makes around 12)
Ingredients

40g plain flour
4 eggs
200ml milk
sunflower oil, for cooking
salt and pepper

Method

1. To make these delicious Yorkshire puddings you must first heat the oven to 230C/fan 210C/gas 8.

2. Drizzle a small amount of oil evenly into a 12 hole non-stick muffin tin and then place it in the oven to heat through.

3. In a large bowl tip in the flour and beat in the eggs until nice and smooth. Gradually add the milk and keep beating the batter mix until it is completely lump free, then season with a little salt and pepper.

4. Pour the batter mixture into a jug, then remove the hot tin from the oven (take care as the oil will be extremely hot). Carefully pour the batter mixture into each of the holes, then place the tin back into the oven and leave for 20-25 minutes or until the Yorkshire puddings have puffed up and browned nicely. Do not open the oven door to take a peek until they are ready!

5. You can either serve them immediately with you meal or cool them and freeze them for up to 4 weeks.
