Tempting Tortellini Pasta Recipe
450g fresh tortellini
75g full fat soft cheese
50g grated Parmesan cheese
200ml single cream
1 tsp grated nutmeg
salt and pepper
1. In a pan of boiling (slightly salted) water, add the tortellini and cook for approx 10-12 minutes or until just tender, drain.
2. In a separate pan add the cream, soft cheese together on a medium heat, stirring well.
3. Once cream and cheese have heated add the pasta, nutmeg and Parmesan and season to taste.
4. Stir ingredients until well mixed and blended. Once heated, serve. Enjoy.
