Two Potato Bake Recipe

(serves 4)
Ingredients

4 small potatoes
1 large sweet potato
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup grated gruyere cheese
1/2 cup chicken stock

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180C

2. Brush a shallow 2 litre ovenproof dish with melted butter or oil

3. Peel the potatoes and sweet potato and cut them into slices

4. Place potato and onion in the prepared dish, alternating layers

5. Pour chicken stock over potato, sprinkle with the gruyere cheese and bake for around 45 minutes until soft and golden brown
