Kids Celeriac Chips Recipe

Kids will love these celeriac chips. To make this recipe firstly preheat oven to 200c / gas mark 6. Cut the celeriac in half and peel off the outer skin. Cut the celeriac into chunky chip shapes. In a bowl mix together the paprika, sea salt and olive oil then toss the chips into the mixture and coat well. Place in a roasting tin with a knob of butter. Roast for around 30 mins or until golden brown. Serve at once and enjoy!
